OFF-SEASON PROGRAM
Location: Vista View Park, 4001 SW 142nd Ave, Davie, FL & Carter Park 1450 W Sunrise Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311
- Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
- Time: 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM
- Season: September through December (preparing for the 2027 season)
- Cost: Free for current FLTC 2026 members
- Non members: $75 every 2 weeks
- Expectations & Policies
- Target Audience: Dedicated athletes aiming to pursue a track and field career or take their abilities to the next level.
- Discipline: Strict discipline will be enforced.
- Attendance Policy: Missing two days in a single week without a doctor’s note or prior notice results in an automatic 2 weeks suspension for current FLTC members.
- At the end of the program, every participant should be able to participate and complet a 2K or a 5k run with ease.
