Our Mission

FLTC is a 501c (3) non-profit organization Youth Track and Field program at the service of the youths that provides young student athletes age 4 to 18 years old in South Florida, the opportunity to participate and compete in organized Track and Field events. Our goal is to support the development of all aspects of youths mental, physical and character through amateur athletics. We strive to get children actively moving regardless of their athletic abilities. We empower our children with the skills needed to explore and identify their strengths with the many events of track and field. Our organization encourages positive attitudes and mutual respect for other athletes, we motivate the youths to learn, train, and compete at their highest level of achievement.

About Our Company

FLTC (Fort Lauderdale Track Club) is a nonprofit youth track and field program in Fort Lauderdale, Florida dedicated to helping young athletes grow through structured training and positive mentorship. We serve children and teens by creating a supportive environment where skill development, confidence, and discipline are built consistently over time. Our approach prioritizes each athlete’s experience, ensuring they feel guided, respected, and motivated at every stage of their journey. Families choose FLTC for its focus on both athletic progress and personal growth, helping youth thrive on and off the track. Through coaching, mentorship, and leadership development, we provide a foundation that prepares athletes for competition, academics, and life.
